Ways to Help
Give a Cash Donation
Send a check to American SIDS Institute, 528 Raven Way, Naples, FL 34110 or make a donation on-line with a credit card. If this donation is in memory of an infant or another loved one, an acknowledgement will be sent to the family of the deceased letting them know of your kindness.
Hold an Event
An event to benefit the American SIDS Institute can help raise awareness about sudden infant deaths while raising much needed funds for research. For information about fundraising events call 239-431-5425 or email us.
Donate Stock
By donating stock you can help fund research and should be eligible to receive a charitable tax deduction and avoid capital gains taxes. Talk to your financial advisor or email us for further information.
Donate an Auction Item
If you have an item(s) that you would like to donate for our silent or live auctions please contact us with the item information. Also you may want to auction your item on EBay and ask that 100% be donated to American SIDS Institute. We are an Ebay approved charity.
Use a Planned Giving Strategy
Talk to your financial advisor about including the American SIDS Institute in your planned giving strategy.
Make a Bequest in your Will
The American Sudden Infant Death Syndrome, Inc. is a nonprofit corporation qualified under section 501(c)(3) of the Code, so all bequests to us should be deductible for estate tax purposes. It is a wonderful way to leave a legacy and to help end the tragedy of sleep-related infant deaths. Email us to request a brochure.
